Hello! I'm Poh Rui Han, I graduated from Ngee Ann Polytechnic specializing in Early Childhood Development & Education, and I'm thrilled to embark on a new journey in the world of cabin crew.
My journey in education has been a fulfilling one, driven by my unwavering passion for nurturing young minds. I firmly believe that early childhood is a crucial phase where every interaction, lesson, and experience shapes a child's future. Armed with this belief, I've dedicated myself to honing my skills and knowledge to become a compassionate and effective educator.

Throughout my time at Ngee Ann Polytechnic, I immersed myself in a wealth of hands-on experiences and invaluable insights. From rigorous practicum sessions to immersive internship programs, every opportunity was a stepping stone towards my goal of becoming an exemplary educator.

During my practicum experiences, I had the privilege of shadowing seasoned educators, absorbing their expertise, and gradually taking on responsibilities. From customizing lesson plans to conducting engaging sessions, each moment was a learning opportunity that enriched my understanding of child development and teaching methodologies.

However, it was during my 6-month internship program that I truly flourished. From leading daily reading sessions to spearheading projects like the "Save the Water Campaign" and "National Day Celebration," I embraced every challenge with enthusiasm and creativity. These experiences not only reinforced my ability to adapt lesson plans to cater to individual needs but also fostered my collaborative spirit and innovation as an educator.

My journey in education has equipped me with invaluable skills such as child safety, curriculum planning, and working with exceptional children. But beyond the skills, it's the genuine connection and joy I find in shaping young minds that drive me forward.
